Shipping Policy
Delivery
Items will be dispatched (using the service you selected) within
1-2 working days of the order being received by us, (this can be slightly delayed during our busy periods) unless you select a NEXT DAY OR SPECIAL service.
Next Day Shipping (order before 1pm) Please note this will not include weekend deliveries, you will receive your parcel on the next working day.
International delivery
Please note all orders are placed are in GBP (£) via our website.
International postage price is based on an order value of up to £50. If your order is over £50 an additional £10 postage is required to cover the insurance and tracking service.
International deliveries can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Custom Duties
Regarding European Orders, deliveries from 1st January 2021 will be subject to import taxes for goods being shipped to the EU.
Postage Bags
They are not a toy, keep away from children and babies. Dispose of safely after receiving order.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please return to :

All items must be returned to us without any signs of wear and the original tags must be still attached for a refund to be authorised.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels, unless items are faulty where a pre paid label will be sent.
Please include your full name, address and order number inside the parcel to avoid any delays in processing your return.
We aim to process refunds within 7 working days of receipt using the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns that do not meet our guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
International Returns
If you are returning an item from overseas please follow the return guidelines.
Cancellation of order
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch please ensure you email us at zarabelle@windowslive.com prior to a dispatch notice being issued by email. Once a dispatch notice is issued we will be unable to cancel the order, you will then be required to return your parcel as per the refund and exchange policy above.
